OrthoCarolina was created by the 2005 merger of Miller Orthopaedic Clinic and Charlotte Orthopedic Specialists. For more than 80 years, each practice provided the highest quality orthopedic care to patients of the Charlotte, NC region. Our two groups merged because we have always shared the same passionate commitment to great service, easy access, physician education, quality research and outstanding care in all regional hospitals. Together as OrthoCarolina, we are able to combine our strengths to provide an even higher level of orthopedic service and patient care. 

The highly trained physician staff of OrthoCarolina is comprised of orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists and physician assistants. While the orthopedic surgeons at OrthoCarolina are trained and experienced in all areas of orthopedics, many have fellowship training in specialty areas, such as foot and ankle, hand, hip and knee, pediatric orthopedics, shoulder and elbow, spine and sports medicine. 

Our capabilities include both the surgical and non-surgical treatment of injuries and disorders of bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, nerves, tendons and other soft tissues of the body for patients of all ages.
