These are all components of the Epicenter's personal training programs. Whether you are a busy executive who needs guidance to design the best program for your time constraints or an individual who has finally decided to put his/her health first, the Epicenter has a program for you.
Our staff works alongside physical therapists so they can also assist you if you are recovering from an injury and would like more assistance with your fitness routine. We offer one-on-one personal training in individual sessions, 12-session packages, or a three visit program to place you on a structured routine to continue on your own.
