Take Exit 9 (9B/I-277).
Take Exit 2A (3rd & 4th Streets).
From 4th Street, make a U-turn and a left on 3rd Street.

Cross over Kings Drive & proceed to the 2nd traffic light.
Turn right onto 4th Street.
